Know Before You Go

If you are attending an event, bags and purses can be no larger than 5 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. to be permitted and are subject to manual inspection, including clear bags. All other purses/bags/clutches will not be allowed into the venue. Backpacks of any size are not permitted. One bag is permitted per guest.

For all events, guests who require a diaper bag or purse/bag for medical items, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, are permitted to bring a bag no larger than 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These medical and diaper bags must undergo additional screening and inspection.

Grove of Anaheim does not offer a bag check; guests are advised to plan accordingly.

Grove of Anaheim reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time.

When arriving at Grove of Anaheim, all guests will be screened by Evolv’s latest Evolv Express® technology before entering the arena.

Unless instructed otherwise by security staff, guests can keep small personal items (such as cell phones, keys, and wallets) on them while entering.

Guests might be directed to secondary screening, including hand-held magnetometers or visual inspection. Additionally, all permitted bags are subject to inspection.

Our Pre Show Happy Hour Program allows ticket holders a free opportunity to enter the venue 1 hour before publicized doors open (2 hours before show start). Upon entry patrons will be able to relax in our Biergarden Brewery X Patio, order off of an elevated food menu and get their first drink before others arrive.

Please reference your Know Before You Go email to confirm that the Pre Show Happy Hour will be taking place for your desired show.

All event tickets will be digital and available on mobile devices.​ Event-goers can access and manage their tickets through the Ticketmaster App.

Screenshots or a printed copy of a mobile QR code will not be accepted.

Tickets printed directly from the Grove of Anaheim box office are the only hard paper tickets accepted.

In an effort to continue the highest level of safety and security, Grove of Anaheim is enforcing a “no re-entry” policy for all ticketed events. If a guest has their ticket scanned for entry, and then leaves the arena, they will not be permitted to return using the same ticket. For emergency situations, please contact a Security or Guest Services Manager.

Grove of Anaheim, and its surrounding grounds, is a no smoking/vaping facility. All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, CBD, or similar products) inside and outside of the arena at any time.
